Do you remember the first episode Season Five of Homestuck where the studio got crafty and started with the opening playing like normal, and then all of a sudden BAM Karkat cuts through the old opening with his scythe and then all the trolls burst in, and you realize your no longer Homestuck, but instead Hivebent. Season’s five’s opener was probably one of the greatest moments in Homestuck, and none of us saw it coming at the time.
